HEALTH CARE and RELIGION....OIL & WATER?

HEALTH CARE AND RELIGION....OIL & WATER?
Freedom of religion means you have the right to your own faith, but not the right to impose it on others. The ACA is THE LAW. Laws aren't something you cherry pick. Either you follow the law or vote to change it. The fact that the republican party has wasted millions of taxpayer dollars doing nothing but attempting more than 50 times, unsuccessfully, to repeal a law they had plenty of time prior to its implementation to try to improve for the benefit of uninsured indicates to any thinking person that republicans are just butthurt they can't rob people of more money through the insurance companies, which, through the ACA, are no longer allowed to have such full control over people's lives. Instead of trying to repeal, conservatives should come up with an alternative, which, big surprise, they haven't. Their answer is to keep the status quo, and enjoying the suffering of the uninsured, the increased costs of Big Pharma and the medical industrial complex, and millions of working class people caught in the crossfire. Sad how our country has become so polarized in this way.

TIT FOR TAT....OK, TAT! PUDDY TAT!

OK, "religious" corporations...you don't want to cover contraception? Fine. Then you schmucks need to start paying for your own Viagra, your own penis pumps, your own androgel, your own Axelron, your own Cialis, your own "Low T medications," need I go on?

The Cosmic Pissing Contest

THE COSMIC PISSING CONTEST
"My god is better than your god." - pretty much a cosmic pissing contest that results in nothing but species reduction...otherwise known as genocide. You cannot compartmentalize something that is infinite nor can you justify destroying someone else because of their attempt at understanding the unknowable. Think of it like this: shooting yourself in the privates...it's painful, and it does nothing to perpetuate the species.

EVEN DEITIES CAN'T HAVE THEIR CAKE AND EAT IT, TOO
If one had the equivalent power of 2 trillion suns, likely they'd also have the power to go back in time by changing the vibrational state of space by using quantum mechanics. As to whether you could change events in history, likely you would only create a separate reality wave which would not affect your own present, but perhaps the present in a parallel universe. Someone totally self-realized and in perfect tune with their universe would realize that and likely advise the near omnipotent being against creating pain for their self since their own present timeline would be unalterable by an attempt to change what has already been set in motion. This is what my character Solamaine finds out the hard way by first attempting to stop the death of her father by going back in time, and then, unfortunately, to stop an event that would drastically change the faith of everyone in the present. That's the breaks when omniscience trumps omnipotence, Even deities can't have their cake and eat it, too.
